Please ensure your email id, phone number, delivery address is double checked and complete for us to serve you and reach out for any updates. We regret at this point we cannot ship to P.O. Box.
Order Discrepancies
If you find a mistake with your order, or if you fail to receive it within the expected shipping time, please contact us immediately. Please report any item discrepancy or damage within 30 days of ordering so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner.
Address Change
Unfortunately, the shipping address for an order cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
In case you change your mind, Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
Standard Shipping in North America is on us. Applies to standard shipping and handling within the U. S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International Shipping. Does not include Standard Plus, oversized, or other special delivery charges.
Standard Shipping Delivery:
10 to 14 days from order in N.A. excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International Shipping
Order Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. You can expect 5-7 business days. For International Orders it may take longer depends on documentation. There can be exceptions during Holidays, Storms and Seasonal Rush.
Shipping Delivery
We will do our best to have your product reach you at the earliest but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose from Standard or Express. The Shipping times are subject to Season time, Storms and Efficiencies of our logistics partner. We have USPS, FedEx, UPS as our Logistics partners.
Customs and import taxes
International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
