Returns & Refunds

Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.

 At Baby Bright, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Please retain original packing and labels for returns.

  • Contact Us with your order details and reason for return.
  • We will share the Return Shipping Label by Mail within 5 business days of your return approval.
  • Ship eligible returns prepaid and insured, and include a copy of the receipt so your credit can be easily processed.
  • You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.

Processing a return with a company-provided label

Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.  

Return reasons are as follows:

  • Size issue
  • Damaged / Defective
  • Color faded / Discolored
  • Damaged in transit
  • Replacement
  • Exchange

 

  • Put the “RETURN DETAIL” into the box before sealing it
  • Seal the package

 

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of order receipt.
  • Open or Used product is not eligible for returns. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.
  • Items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
  • Baby Bright reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in a saleable condition.
  • Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.
  • You’ll receive a replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.
  • Please allow up to 7 days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.
